Zaap

Zaap is a Thai restaurant well it’s more of a casual lay back restaurant with vibrant decors.  It’s setting is bright, flamboyant with market stalls, handing signs as well as tuk tuk.  It serves Street menu food it’s very affordable and the food is very nice.

 

If you are interested in dining at Zaap the one I visited for a friend birthday meal was located on 22 Grand Arcade, Leeds LS1 6PG. It opens from 11am till midnight

Homemade Smoothie

I purchased the blender for £20 in a UK (Newcastle upon Tyne)  local supermarket called Morrison.

 

It’s important to feed your body with the right food and vitamins at all times.  My smoothie consisted of one banana sliced, green grapes, A pear sliced, An Orange and About four or five strawberries.

An extremely simple cake whose powerful flavor of almonds and the subtle hazelnut are fly every time.

Ingredients / for 8 persons

  • 150g whole hazelnuts (net weight without the shell) or ground hazelnuts
  • 150 g almonds or almond powder
  • 250 g flour
  • 300 g of butter
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs

PREPARATION

Cake with hazelnuts and almonds: Step 1
In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until bleaching.
2Make melt the butter and let it cool down (to save time, simply did melthalf and add the rest to lower the temperature). Ler pour in the mixture, then add and mix the flour gradually to avoid lumps.
