An extremely simple cake whose powerful flavor of almonds and the subtle hazelnut are fly every time.
Ingredients / for 8 persons
- 150g whole hazelnuts (net weight without the shell) or ground hazelnuts
- 150 g almonds or almond powder
- 250 g flour
- 300 g of butter
- 250 g of sugar
- 4 eggs

In a bowl, beat
the eggs and sugar until bleaching.

Place a sheet of parchment paper into a mold to choose, then pour the batter.
Bake at 180 ° C preheated oven for 50 minutes. Check doneness of the cake by planting a knife in it. If it is cooked, the blade should come out clean.
