Homemade Smoothie


I purchased the blender for £20 in a UK (Newcastle upon Tyne)  local supermarket called Morrison.


It’s important to feed your body with the right food and vitamins at all times.  My smoothie consisted of one banana sliced, green grapes, A pear sliced, An Orange and About four or five strawberries.


Benefits of the fruits are

Bananas contain a fair amount of fiber, as well as several antioxidants. One medium-sized banana (118 grams) also contains (1, 2, 3): Potassium: 9% of the RDI. Vitamin B6: 33% of the RDI.


Grapes contain powerful antioxidants known as polyphenols, which may slow or prevent many types of cancer, including esophageal, lung, mouth, pharynx, endometrial, pancreatic, prostate and colon.
