For my birthday last year I went to a Lebanese restaurant in Newcastle Upon Tyne called The Bake with couple of people and one of my guest plate was so damn colorful and pretty I had to take a picture and share. He ordered I believe it was called The Bake mixed chicken he couldn’t really finish it but that’s beside the point. sh kebab, kafta chicken, chicken wings & shawarma chicken £10.90

I cannot remember what this was called so we go with charcoal grilled lamb topped with onions and tomatoes.

I cannot really recall what it was called, but we go with grilled lamb it did contain Charcoal grilled skewers of seasoned minced lamb with onion & parsley and tomatoes for a little healthy alternative since most Lebanese food is mainly meat.
